Jalandhar 2 March (Bureau)- On 2nd March 2016 Annual Fashion Show ‘Adviteeya – 2016’ (The Unique Style) was organised by Department of Fashion Designing. The Chief Guest Mrs. Anuradha Sondhi inaugurated the fashion show and Madam Principal Dr. Kiran Arora escort her. Almost all the students of fashion designing department participated in the fashion show by designing and stitching various costumes worn in the fashion show. There were 11 rounds names ad : Indo Western, Mullets, Drapped Dresses, Kid’s Wear, Office wear, Lehnga, Saree, Punjabi Suits, Evening Gown, Crop Top with skirts, innovative. Judges for the show were Ms. Simar Kaur, Mrs. Pooja Singh, Ms. Subah Ghai, Mrs. Neleam Co-ordinator of the show was Mrs. Sunita Bhalla (Head of the Fashion Designing Dept). Stage Secretary was Mrs. Geeta Kahol. Chief Guest Mrs. Anuradha Sondhi, Principal Dr. Kiran Arora abd all the guests appreciated and awarded the marvelous work done by students and congratulated the fashion designing staff for sincere efforts and guidance for organizing the fashion show. Best designers and best models were awarded by the Chief Guests and Madam Principal.
