Jalandhar 29 April (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya -the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar is the only institution which has introduced a healthy tradition of wall Magazine. Under this series, students compile material on a given theme related to their curriculum and put it up as a wall magazine in the form of handmade visuals , charts, quotations, biosketches and other important information. The P.G Dept. of English keeps on putting up the wall magazine on different themes throughout the year. The most recent in the series is the versatile genius Rabindranath Tagore who was a painter, writer, musician, singer and a great poet. It was inaugurated by Principal Prof. Atima Sharma and Mrs Seema Jain, Head, P.G Dept of English along with the other members of faculty. This series was designed by the students of B.A (Elec. English) Sem-4. Madam Principal congratulated and applauded the efforts of the students and teachers of English Department.
