Jalandhar 19 December (Gurkirat Singh)- A lecture on General Health Awareness was organized at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya under Faculty Enrichment Programme. The resource person of the session was Dr. Vineet Chadha. Dean Academics Dr. Kanwaldeep welcomed him. Dr. Vineet Chadha talked about general health awareness and told the participants how we can be healthy by taking care of small things and lose weight also. He also stressed upon methods of reducing blood pressure and diabetes. He further talked about lifestyle management for healthy living. During interactive session, the participants asked a lot of questions. The stage was conducted by Dr. Anjana Bhatia.
