REMOTE AND FAR FLUNG SCHOOLS TOO, GETTING READY TO CELEBRATE I-DAY

New Delhi 3 August (RK Handa)- Remotest and far flung schools, wheather in upper reaches of Himalayas ..or in deserts will celebrate Independence Day by presenting special cultural shows.Schools located in Ladakh and those in North Eastern States close to the Chinese border will not lag behind in demonstrating their nationalist spirit and patriotism. Many Primary and Elementary schools are preparing for celebrations, doing rehearsals on glimpses of freedom movement to be Presented on I-Day. Enthusiasm of children in preparing for these skits is on their peaks, These shows not only create a patriotic spirit in school children but take them back to Journey of history when people of India had launched a fierce struggle for freedom of the country and many of them were martyred in the mission.Undeterred by ....geological ..... conditions of far flung,remote and inaccessible regions of the country where these schools are located, children, who have to shoulder burden of the country in times to come are, filled with heightened zeal and enthusiasm ,going ahead with preparations for I-Day.
