Jalandhar 10 August (Jaswinder Azad)- Poetry Recitation Competition was organised for li’l Ones of Nursery, KG I, II of Innokids of Innocent Hearts School. This was organised in G.M.T., Loharan and Cantt. - Jandiala Road. There are a number of activities in the pipe line to mark the celebration of Independence Day. Tiny tots were engrossed in the color of patriotism. They used different props and gestures to present their poems. Children enjoyed being a part of this competition. The children recited poems on Bhagat Singh, Rani Lakshmi Bai, and Mahatma Gandhi. The students of Loharan brought Tricolor Flags and recited poems on Swachh Bharat , Qurbani, Desh Mera Sab Se Pyara, Bharat Mata etc. The school was echoing with the sounds of Bharat Mata Ki Jai. Incharge G.M. T. – Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur, Loharan – Mrs. Alka, Cantt. - Jandiala Road. – Mrs. Neetika Kapoor explained the meaning of freedom to the kids and told about freedom Fighters. The ambiance was filled up with patriotic fervor.
