Jalandhar 14 December (Jaswinder Azad)- Eklavya School celebrated “International Mountain Day” in our school. December 11 “International Mountain Day “was designated by the united nations general assembly in 2003. The general assembly encouraged the international community to organize events at all levels on that day to highlight the importance of sustainable mountain development. The importance of mountains was highlighted in the assembly. Class 2 students made beautiful landscapes depicting mountains. Director Mrs. Seema Handa , Manager Mrs. Sapna Bakshi and Principal Mrs. Dimpal Sharma appreciated the initative taken to highlight the importance of mountains.
