Jalandhar 19 May (Jaswinder Azad)- Tiny tots of K.G.II of INNOKIDS from Innocent Hearts GMT Jalandhar, captured the hearts of the audience with their fairy – like dance presentations. The chief guest of the program was Smt. Harsharan Kaur, Councillor, Municipal Corporation Jalandhar. The Chief Guest was welcomed by Dr Chander Bowry-Medical Secretary of the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, Mrs. Aradhna Bowry- Executive Director Colleges, Director Principal Mr. Dheeraj Banati, Vice Principal-Ms. Sharmila Nakra, Examination Incharge-Ms. Gurvinder Kaur. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp and Saraswati Vandana. The auditorium echoed with the melody of Saraswati Vandana along with the graceful moves of Yashvi casting a spell on all. This was followed by a strong rendering of the song “Maa tu Kitni Achhi Hai” with actions by the little ones of K.G.II C. An energetic display of a Western Dance by K.G.II A was greatly enjoyed by all. Class K.G.II D then presented actions along with a song with patriotic fervour. Parents were highly delighted at the prop dance put up by K.G.II B. The compering was done by the little ones of the school while the guests were welcomed by the Vice Head Girl Gireesha and the vote of thanks was tabled by Samridhi. The Chief Guest Smt. Harsharan Kaur appreciated the discipline of the school and praised the efforts of the teachers. The chief guest was honoured with souvenirs by the dignitaries of the school.The director principal stated that such performances increase the confidence of students and help them to overcome stage fright.
