Jalandhar 29 April (Jaswinder Azad)- 234 degrees of LL.B, B.A. (Law), B.Com, B.P.T and BCA were conferredin the 5th Convocation of St. Soldier Law College and Co-Ed College here today by the Advocate General Punjab Mr. Atul Nanda as the Chief Guest. He also gave away prizes to the outstanding students of the College, who made a mark in academics, sports and extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. Mr. Anil Chopra, Chairman of St. Soldier Group presided over the Convocation and Mrs. Sangeeta Chopra Vice Chairperson presented the Presidential Address. Managing Director Prof. Manhar Arora received the Chief Guest in the Circuit House. Dr. Subhash Sharma Director Law College Welcomed the Chief Guest and introduced him to the audience. He and Dr. Veena Dada Director Co.Ed. College read the College reports.
Addressing the students, Mr. Atul Nanda explained the bright avenues in legal profession but he said only hard work and sincerity of purpose leads to glories of success. He exhorted the students to work hard and avail rare facilitates being provided by the St. Soldier management. The students after getting degrees were seen in a jubilant mood with all smiles of success on their faces.
