Jalandhar 1 April (Jaswinder Azad)- The students of B.A. Hons. in Punjabi semester-III and Semester –V of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar brought laurels to the institution by bagging top positions in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. In B.A. Hons. in Punjabi semester-III, Sukhdeep Kaur topped the University with 70/100 marks. Pardeep Kaur, Simranjeet Kaur and Amandeep Kaur bagged fourth position in GNDU Merit list with 58/100 marks, Gurpreet Kaur bagged fifth position with 52/100 marks. In BA Hons. in Punjabi semester-V Nishi bagged second position in GNDU merit list with 73/100 marks, Harpreet Kaur bagged third position with 70/100 marks, Gurpreet Kaur bagged fourth position with 66/100 marks, Kirandeep Kaur bagged fifth position with 60/100 marks. The Principal of KMV Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students. Madam Principal also congratulated Dr. Iqbal Kaur (Head, Dept. of Punjabi) and other faculty members for this achievement.
