K.M.V Collegiate School organises literary characters come alive

Jalandhar 8 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya - the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar has always been organizing various events and activities to facilitate the learning process of students with regard to their curriculum as well as their general learning and growth. With this aim the Dept. of English came up with a very innovative teaching learning method. The KMV collegiate senior secondary school  students brought to life the literary characters which are a part of their syllabus in the form of stories, plays and poems.With a lot of enthusiasm about 40 students dressed up as various characters and beautifully enacted them in front of the audience. The chief guest Madam Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi on this occasion was extended floral greeting by head of the dept. Mrs. Seema Jain. Madam Principal richly complemanted the English dept. for this endeavour and highlighted the importanc of such activities in promoting students understanding and also in creating cherishable life long memories for them. She appreciated the efforts of the teachers Ms. Itee, Ms. Babita and Mrs. Gorvi in preparing the students so well. The Judges for the event were Ms. Satinder Kaur, Dr. Deepika Anand and  Dr. Reena Sharma.
