Art of making Mocktails at CT Institute of Hotel management & Catering Technology

A Special competition “Liquid Heaven’ organised
Jalandhar 2 October (Jaswinder Azad)- CT Institute of Hotel Management & Catering technology (CTIHM& CT) organized “Liquid Heaven” a mocktail competition to expose the students in the world of mocktail world. A sip of mocktail has become a trend in this global era. This is a platform given to hotel management student to enhance their skills in mocktail making which will increase their level of confidence and make them More employable. In this competition 100 students of CT institute of Hotel Management and Catering technology showcased their own creative mocktail. Different spectacular mocktail were made for judgement namely Blue shoe, Mojito, Gabbie’s punch, watermelon cooler, Limeade punch, Coconut lavender etc. The first position for the best mocktail is bagged by Mr. Punit (B.Sc HM 5th) who prepared Blue shoe and second position is bagged by Mr. Sunderdeep (BHM 3rd) and one special category award was presented for Best Innovative mock tail to Mr. Sharookkh (BHM7th) for making coconut lavender.
Dr. Bharat Kapoor (Director, CTIHM&CT) also shared some tips regarding making of good mocktails with the students of Hotel Management. He thanked everyone for organizing and making this competition a success and also congratulated the students on their success.
S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group) congratulated the students for this achievement and told the students about the benefits of these events which helps them in grabbing the placement opportunities.
