Jalandhar 30 May (Jaswinder Azad)- Km. Malika Handa of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya represented India in World Chess Championship for Deaf held at Yeravan, Armenia from 16th May to 26th May, 2016 at got Gold Medal in ICCD World Individual open Deaf Chess Championship in Women category at Yeravan, Armenia and Silver Medal in ICCD World Individual Open Blitz Chess Championship. The Management and Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the winner, coach and members of the Physical Education department of the college. Principal Dr. Sareen also gave assurance for providing her all kinds of help and support for achieving more heights.
