New Delhi 29 July (RK Handa)- Never in history of Gurgaon such an unprecedented and chaotic scene has been observed when it took commuters 6 hours to reach their destination. Bumper to bumper cars were inching their way on national highways of world's one of the most industrialised and lifestyle city of NCR..Roads were submerged in 4 feet deep water at places and service roads had just disappeared. It was a nightmare for 10 lakh people...and road management at this crucial time was nothing but zero.People went on tweeting their miseries but here technology too could not come to their relief except flashing across their messages.
