Jalandhar 16 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Freshness spread over the faces of new comers of Department of English, Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar on the event of Freshnova. A party was organized to welcome the students of M.A. (English) and B.A. Navjot Singh, student of B.A. Sem. V and Dilpreet Singh of B.A. Sem. I intoxicated the atmosphere with their melodious voice while singing harmonious songs. Enthusiastically, all the students participated in Games like Tongue Twister, Pick the Popcorns and passing the pillow etc. After entitling students with Best Smile, Most Elegant, Most Personalited etc. Ms. Ria Sharma of B.A. Sem. I from undergraduate classes and Ms. Ishpreet Kaur of MA. (English) Sem. I were selected as Ms. Fresher and Amanpreet Singh from MA. (English) Sem. I was selected as Mr. Fresher. Dr. Sunit, Head, Department of English welcomed the new faces and blessed them a great future. Principal Dr. Sucharita heartily welcomed all the new comers to the college and felt elated to see the excitement amongst them. She also wished them to soar high in their lives.
