Jalandhar 16 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar organized a yoga week from 13th September, 2016 to 21st September, 2016 in the school campus. Through this yoga camp yoga path organization acquainted the people with various yoga asans to stay healthy and how to maintain peace of mind through meditation the Headmistress of the school, staff members and other people from neighbouring places participated wholeheartedly in this yoga camp and gained good tips to enjoy a healthy and balanced life.
