Jalandhar 30 September (Jaswinder Azad)- A welcome party was organized by the senior students of P.G. Department of Physics to welcome the newly registered students of M.Sc. Physics first semester at Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar. Students presented various entertainment laden activities such as modelling, dance, singing and fun games where in Shivani was adjudged as Miss ‘Fresher’, Priyanaka as Miss confident and Ms. Puneet was adjuged as Miss Charming. The winners were presented with various bouquets and gifts. Principal Dr. G.S. Samra and Prof. Balwinder Singh Head P.G. Department of Physics, welcomed the new students of the department and congratulated the beneficiaries of the Welcome Party. Other faculty members of the department also graced the occasion.
