Jalandhar 2 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Department of Commerce of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organized a Seminar on Career Development and Emotional Intelligence to sensitize youngsters about choosing right career and handling peer-pressure. Dr. Reshmi Vij, Research and Financial Analyst, IBS Gurgaon acquainted with the students as the Resource Person. The seminar proved fruitful for all the aspirants and enlightened them how to choose a perfect career resembling their personality rather than finding themselves at crossroads. Not only this, an ample light was thrown on the importance of emotional intelligence in a workplace as emergence of negative thoughts under the pressure of work is undeniable fact but the beauty lies in handling them perfectly. Principal Dr. Sucharita expressed words of thanks to Dr. Reshmi Vij for familiarizing students of the college about these burning issues. She said such seminars have a guiding spirit of survival in the pathway of life.
