Jalandhar 6 September (Jaswinder Azad)- 8th September is celebrated as the World Physiotherapy Day worldwide. Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar has taken an endeavour to provide medical facilities to the natives of Jalandhar by organizing a One Day Free Checkup Camp. This camp will be free of cost for all the patients coming to the OPD of the College on 8th September 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The patients will be assessed and will be provided treatment of Physiotherapy Sessions with the moto of ‘Add Life to Years’ by eminent physios serving in the college. In this camp, diverse ailments related to spinal cord, joint pains, knee problems, cervical, frozen shoulder etc. will be diagnosed. Principal Dr. Sucharita extended warm wishes to the Department of Physiotherapy for the success of this venture. She said in this hectic era of stress, such camps are need of the hour to make people aware of life threatening diseases.
