Jalandhar 16 September (Jaswinder Azad)- N.S.S. Deptt and Red Cross unit of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organised Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Civil Hospital, Jalandhar and NGO PAHAL. Around 51 students donated blood. Principal Dr. Kiran Arora welcomed Prof Lakhbir Singh, Chairperson of NGO PAHAL and the team of the civil hospital. Prof Lakhbir singh said that Blood donation is very important for an individual as it saves the precious life of human being in need. On this occasion Prof. Shashi Rampal, Programme incharge of N.S.S. and Red Cross society, Prof Surinder Narula, Prof Sushma Sharma, Dr. Neelam Gupta, Dr. Sunita Sharma, Dr. Surinder Saini, Prof Sunita Bhalla were also present. Madam Principal motivated the students to donate blood.
