Jalandhar 16 September (Jaswinder Azad)- The Department of Commerce and Management of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar conducted a general quiz in the College in collaboration with Jaipuria Institute of Management. The students of the Department of Commerce showed great zeal and enthusiasm as more than 75 students participated in the 30 minute long quiz. Two students of B.Com. Sem. III Abhinav and Ashutosh won a cash prize of Rs. 5000/- for their extraordinary performance. Simran Jain and Vinayak from B.Com. Sem. V also won a cash prize of Rs. 2500/-. The members of Jaipuria Institute of Management said that the winners of Apeejay College of Fine Arts are the highest scorers in the Quiz in Jalandhar.
Principal Dr. Sucharita applauded the efforts of the Department of Commerce for successfully conducting the Quiz. She also congratulated the students on this achievement and opined that such competitions not only help in confidence building but also prepare the students for various competitive examinations in future.
