Jalandhar 5 September (Jaswinder Azad)- As a tribute to the great visionary Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan the Pre- primary wing - INNOKIDS of Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, Loharan and Cantt. Jandiala road celebrated Teacher’s Day. The kids wished their teachers “Happy Teacher’s Day”. The students recited poems “Gyan Ka Deepak Guru Jalate and “O my Teacher you are very nice.” A special assembly was organised where the children were told importance of Teacher’s Day. The information about the life of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan was shared along with his contribution to the society. Incharge Innokids Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur – G.M.T., Mrs. Alka Arora – Loharan and Mrs. Neetika Kapoor – Cantt. Jandiala Road mentioned that the students made paper flowers in their paper folding activity and gave to their teachers. The kids were in the mood of fun for the whole day. The teachers made them play games. The children gave handmade cards to their teachers with their heartfelt messages. The Management and the Director Principal of the School – Mr. Dheeraj Banati felicitated the teachers for their contribution in the field of education.
