Jalandhar 4 September (Jaswinder Azad)- The students of BFA (Applied Art) Semester I, III and V displayed their works in respective department which were given to them as an assignment. These students worked in teams as well as individually. They showed their creative instinct in the field of 2D Design, Illustration, Water Colours, Sales Promotion, Brand Merchandise, Outdoor Media etc. Interestingly, they dealt with varied social issues from ‘No Smoking’, ‘Save Water’, ‘Rain Water Storage’ to commercial designs such as ‘Mobile Charging Ports’ to ‘Ice Cream Carts’. They also designed novelties and give aways. Their creative edge wa at its best in 2D designs and stencils for printing. Principal Dr. Sucharita appreciated the efforts of Applied Art Department for polishing the skills of students and awaring them about social issues.
