Jalandhar 8 October (Jaswinder Azad)- Students from various departments displayed their technical skill and expertise in Bruster-2016 an Inter-Departmental competition organised by the Computer Science and IT department of Lyallpur Khalsa College. The winners were awarded prizes by College Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra. Prof. Manohar Singh Head of the College IT department informed that seven competitions were held under this banner which included ‘Know your Brain Level’, Digital Poster making, Modelling, Dance, IT Quiz among others. Speaking on the occasion, College Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra the chief Guest for this occasion lauded the efforts of the department for organizing such an event where students got the opportunity to improve skills and add a practical dimension to otherwise theoretical education. Prof. Manohar Singh Head of the College IT department appreciated and thanked the Department and Students for their support and Enthusiastic participation. The occasion was also witnessed by the presence of Prof. Sanjeev Anand, Prof. Baldev Singh, Prof. Sandeep Bassi, Prof. Manpreet S. Lehal, Prof. Sandeep Singh, Prof. MS Bhatia, Prof. Gagandeep Singh, Prof. Ratnakar Maan and other members of the faculty.
