Jalandhar 28 November (Jaswinder Azad)- NSS Unit of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar celebrated Flag Day organised by National Foundation for Communal Harmony – an autonomous organisation under the ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India. 4 volunteers Manjinder, Prabhjot, Mehak and Shubhi were selected. They collected Rs. 5000/- as donation. An essay competition on the topics “National Unity” and “Brotherhood” was also organised in which 40 volunteers participated. Winners were awarded. Volunteers accomplished their work with the help of Principal Dr. Kiran Arora, Prof. Surinder Narula, Prof. Sushma Sharma, Dr. Sunita Sharma and Dr. Neelam Gupta.
