Jalandhar 11 November (Jaswinder Azad)- PG Department of Commerce and Management of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organized a workshop on Digital Banking Operations for the students of B.Voc. Banking and Financial Services under the guidance of Principal Prof. Dr.(Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. The students visited the circle office of Punjab National Bank, Jalandhar. The first session of the workshop was taken by Mr. Irshad, Senior Manager, Marketing, PNB. He explained the various traditional banking services offered by banks and how the banks have moved to e-banking services in the second session. Mr. Vivek Sharma, Senior Manager, Information Technologies demonstrated the practical operations of various digital banking services like mobile banking, phone banking, NEFT, RTGS etc. The workshop ended with a doubt clearing session.
