Jalandhar 13 November (Gurkirat Singh)- Students of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar again sets record by winning 18 prizes in Doaba Youth Festival at Doaba College, Jalandhar. The budding talent and committed consisted effort of students won them 18 prizes in different items like Regional Dance, Installation, Dry Flower Arrangement, Mime, Sufi Kalam, Debate, Poetry, Landscape, Cartooning, Poster Making, Clay Modelling, Rangoli, Phulkari, Photography, Fancy Dress, Choreography, Geet/ Ghazal and Folk Song. The students lifted first runners-up Trophy for the college. Students versatility won them accolades.
Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated ECA team & the teachersincharge of literary, Fine Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, Phulkari, Rangoli, Choreography items and stated that such competition and results boost the confidence of the students. Madam Principal further encouraged the students for further participations as such competitions help the students to face & fight challenges & improve their overall personality.
