Jalandhar 28 November (Jaswinder Azad)- Students of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar added another feather to their cap by winning 1st runners up trophy in the Qawali Competition held at Lovely Professional University. The students of the College won a trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 15,000/- under this competition. Total 18 teams participated out of which students of Apeejay stood 2nd. This competition was entirely dedicated to the students as composer and accompanists were also students of the College. The winners of this Qawali Competition were Jeevan, Varna, Sabdil, Pulkit, Harmeet, Arjun, Daman, Amandeep Singh, Satinder, Ridhiman, Manoj, Savinder and Gurpreetak Singh. Principal Dr. Sucharita congratulated the students on their achievement.
