Jalandhar 9 February (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- The Heritage Institution, Jalandhar has a strong sports wing which is the breeding ground for winners and achievers, the latest addition to the long list of first positions is the Kho-Kho team’s first position in the Inter College Tournament. The tournament was held at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. It is worth mentioning here that three players of this team namely Sukhwant, Sudhiksha and Manpreet also participated in All India Intervarsity Championship. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the winners on their excellent feat. She blessed them with good wishes for many such victories in the future. She also congratulated the faculty of the Dept. of Physical Education for being excellent guides for the young sports women.
