Jalandhar 6 April (Gurkirat Singh)- The new session of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School started with Havan Yajna in Yajnashala. On this occasion, Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen gave blessings to the students. Gayatri Mantra was recited which made the environment sacred and pure. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen prayed to the Almighty for bright future of the students and encouraged them to work continuously towards achieving their goals. Incharge Collegiate Sr. Sec. School Mrs. Sunita Dhawan, Dean Academics Dr. Meenakshi Syal and other teachers were also present for blessings the students. Stage was conducted by Mrs. Archana Kapoor, Dean Student Council. In the conference hall, orientation programme for Arts, Science and Commerce students was also held. In orientation programme, schedule of their classes and all other information was provided to the students.
