Jalandhar 3 April (Gurkirat Singh)- Deen Dayal Upadhaya Kaushal Kendra is being run successfully at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar. The Kaushal Kendra has been granted to few select institutions across the nation by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Govt. of India. The students of Kaushal Kendra have to clear their academic exams and also the assessment conducted by Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India, Mumbai (RASCI). This assessment by sector skill council of India ensures that students have the knowledge and skills required for the industry into which they have to be absorbed. It is a matter of pride that all the students of B.Voc in Retail Management at KMV took the assessment test and have cleared it. These skills certificates have been issued to the students of B.Voc in Retail Management by RASCI and NSDC which will help them to apply for the jobs of Sales Associate and Team Leader Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated all the successful students and the faculty for guiding them towards a safe and bright future.
