Jalandhar 25 July (Gurkirat Singh)- Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar is noted for its various accomplishments in academics, sports and cultural and the same duly came to the forth when the college Principal Dr. G.S. Samra released the poster of Navjeet Gills’s song ‘Raatan’ who is a student of BA Music Semester 3rd. Navjeet Gill has already brought many laurels in the field of Folk music in various competitions and also in the youth festival held at GNDU Amritsar. Not only this, Gill’s song ‘Raatan’ has been viewed and watched around 2.5 lakh times. College President Sardarni Balbir Kaur, Principal Dr. G.S.Samra and the Dean Cultural Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu congratulated Navjeet Gill on his new venture and also blessed him to become a shining star in the field of music. The staff members of Music Department including Prof. Sukhdev Singh, Prof. Pavitar Singh and Prof. Daljeet Singh were also there on the occasion.
