Jalandhar 28 October (Gurkirat Singh)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar - The Heritage and Autonomous institution is always acknowledged as leader to impart quality education to its students. In the series of such efforts, the department of Journalism and Mass Communication has organised its annual event start-up 2017 with the objective to enhance entrepreneur skills of its students. The main objective of this event was to enhance practical and professional skills, so the students can learn real-time marketing and event management skills. In Start-Up 2017, students have organised various activities like Movie Mania, Be A Super Model, Dance KMV Dance, and Prop-Photography. On this occasion, Principal Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication's students for organising a vibrant event start-up 2017. She lauded that efforts of the department of Journalism and Mass Communication for organising their annual event management event Start-Up 2017. she added that this event would definitely enrich the communication as well as marketing and management skills of the students. Mrs. Seema Jain Head Department of English and Dean Academic Affairs, Dr. Rubal Kanozia, Head of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Ms. Manpreet Kaur, Ms. Nidhi Sharma, Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Ms. Priya Chander, Ms. Rajat Kaur, Ms. Manorma and Mr. Karan Kumar were present during the event.
