Jalandhar 7 November (Jaswinder Azad)- Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar celebrated the historical moment of winning the overall Guru Nanak Dev University Youth-Festival Championship for 18th time. The college which has earned its fame as the promoter of Indian art and Culture grabbed Zonal and Inter-Zonal trophies by beating 76 participating colleges affiliated to GNDU, Amritsar. The college has also pocketed all the individual trophies of Folk, Music, Theatre, Literary and Fine Arts. The college has given full credit to the dedicated contribution of the accompanist students who created mesmerizing effect with their talented skills and put their hard efforts and creating the history. College always provides professional training to its students that inculcate professional skills in them and they make extraordinary exhibition of their talent in such an intoxicating manner that college does not hire any proferssional from outside. College alumni Anadi Mishra had also put an exemplary contribution by composing the music of Indian Group Song, Western Group Song and Western Solo. Apeejayites celebrated this glorious victory with vibrancy and enthusiasm. The college also honoured the students who won the hearts of audience with their talents.
