Jalandhar 23 December (Gurkirat Singh)- Dr Sameer Sharma, Associate Professor, Department of Mathematics has delivered an invited talk and also presented one of his Research Paper in 22nd International Congress on Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM2017) held at University of Tasmania, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. This Congress was held Jointly with 25th National Conference of Australian Society of Operations Research and the DST group lead by Defence Research Operations Research Symposium. The theme for this event was "Managing, Cumulative Risks through Model Based Process". This event was sponsored by Bureau of Meteorology, Australian Government; Government of New South Wales; CSIRO; Visual interfaces for serious Simulation and University of Canberra. In this event more than 300 delegates from different parts of world participated.
