Jalandhar 17 February (Jaswinder Azad)- To acquaint the students with the manufacturing process involved in making tractors, Apeejay’s Department of Commerce went to visit Sonalika; The International Tractors Industries, Hoshiarpur. Near about 50 students of Apeejay paid a visit to Sonalika Tractors and gathered information regarding the working of tractor industry. Mr. Ashok Sachdeva, Senior Marketing Manager, enlightened the students about history of Sonalika and its process of earning fame across the globe. Mr. Rajinder Bhalla, HR Manager of Sonalika demonstrated the students about its working and elucidated about each and every tool and machinery used in the production of tractors.
Principal Dr. Sucharita said that such visits enrich the students with practical knowledge of industrial procedures and widen their knowledge of managing industries.
