Student of Lyallpur Khalsa College paid a special visit to the institution

Jalandhar 2 February (Gurkirat Singh)- Kewal Singh Baasi, a former student of Lyallpur Khalsa College and the founder of Rooh Punjab Academy, Sydney (Australia) paid a special visit to the institution wherein he was duly welcomed and honored by Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Samra informed that Rooh Punjab Academy, Sydney is doing a commendable job in terms of the welfare Punjabi Culture and traditions overseas and the virtues of such personalities have enabled them to inspire Punjabi community all over the world while also carving a unique identity. Speaking on the occasion, Kewal Singh Baasi recalled his days as a student of MA History and expressed his gratitude to the college for his achievements. He also informed that the Punjabi societies along with the local communities on foreign lands are showing a lot of interest in learning Bhangra, Punjabi Culture and traditions.
