Jalandhar 23 April (Jaswinder Azad)- On the occasion of “WORLD BOOK AND COPYRIGHT DAY” special assembly was conducted in DIPS School Rayya under the guidance of Principal Jagbir singh and house master of house duty. The striking/ sparkling feature of the today’s celebration was short play ‘Talking Books’ which was enacted by the student of 10th class who clad themselves as books. Each book in the play put in words richness of knowledge and experience. To magnify the effect of the play a speech student of the class viii. Teacher also motivated students by guiding them with their valuable words the assembly was come to a halt after the motivational speech or principal. Who encourage students to visit library daily and read good books rather than syllabus also. After the assembly senior students were given a chance to visit library and books were also issued to them.
