Jalandhar 12 July (Jaswinder Azad)- The new academic session of 2018-19 commenced at Lyallpur Khalsa College with a religious program in the college Gurudwara Sahib wherein recitation of Sri Sukhmani Sahib and Kirtan showered blessings on the occasion. The Governing Council, Principal, Staff members and students of the college respectfully attended the proceedings of the program while the Kirtan duties were performed by Bhai Manpreet Singh (Baba Bakala Waale). Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra reiterated that the college would continue to pay respect to its tradition of starting every new session of the college seeking blessings from the almighty with such programs which have subsequently led to numerous achievements in the field of Academics, Sports, Research and Culture. He also hoped that the cooperation among students and staff of the college would continue to bring such laurels in the upcoming years. The occasion was also witnessed by the presence of S. Jaspal Singh Waraich, Joint Secretary, Governing Council, Jagdeep Singh Shergill, staff and students of the college.
