Jalandhar 24 August (Gurkirat Singh)- Economics Forum of Apeejay College of Fine Arts organized a Career Counseling Session for 1st Semester students of BA & BSc. A get together was organized for the same purpose and Mrs. Supreet Talwar, Head, department of Economics enlightened the students about various career avenues. Besides, Zoravar Singh, practising Lawyer in Jalandhar District Court & alumnus of the College, featured as keynote speaker. Addressing the students, Singh stressed the role of setting a goal and focused & unidirectional approach towards this goal. After this interaction, a skit depicting the contemporary Indian economy was enacted along with entertaining games. Students Ria and Nikita conducted the stage in a commendable way. Principal Dr. Sucharita lauded the efforts of the teachers and opined that such Career oriented programs enlighten and appropriately guide the students in the nascent stage of College life.
