CT Institute of Hotel Management prepares I-day theme lunch

Special I-day menu included Tri-color pasta, tri-color pulao and tri-color mousse
Jalandhar 16 August (Jaswinder Azad)- CT Institute of Hotel Management (CTIHM) organized a special theme based lunch to celebrate 72nd Independence Day. On this occasion, national anthem was played which was followed by Cake cutting ceremony and theme lunch.
The lunch was prepared by the students of CTIHM in which a buffet of dishes was laid out in a restaurant of institute along with beautiful fruit and vegetable carvings. The special delicacies of the day were Tri-Color Pasta, Tri-Color Pulao and for dessert there was Tri-Color Mousse.
Dr Bharat Kapoor, Director of the Hotel Management Department said, “It was an idea contributed by the students in which various tri-colored dishes were prepared along with the colored drinks. It was a learning exposure for the students as they experienced the cooking of theme based lunch.”
Mr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions motivated the students by appreciating their efforts in organizing the theme lunch and also told them the importance of these activities in sharpening their skills and making them industry ready.
