Jalandhar 16 August (Jaswinder Azad)- The department of Design organized a two-day workshop titled From Unconventional to Conventional. Bearing in mind non-biodegradable waste and environmental conservation, the budding artists crafted different creative dresses. They used garbage bags, egg bags, X ray sheets, shopping bags, broken mirrors, metal waste, toilet tissue-paper and created marvelous designer dresses. Principal Dr. Sucharita expressed her view that such workshops always prove to be a siren of awareness for the youngsters, in whose hands lies the future. She appreciated the efforts of Head, Mrs. Rajni Gupta, Mrs. Rajni Kumar, Ms. Heena and Mr. Shubham for the positive contribution in making the event a success.
