Jalandhar 14 August (Jaswinder Azad)- On 14th August, 2018, Independence day was celebrated in Trinity College, Jalandhar. On this occasion, Rev Dr Fr Johnson, Dean and Program Coordinator of the college was the chief guest of the day. The function was commenced by evoking blessings of Almighty. Mannat, a student from B.A IInd year gave a warm welcome to the august gathering. Asst Prof Jessy Julian shared her view on the auspicious occasion of Independence day and inspired the students to live with unity and harmony. Students performed dance on patriotic songs with great enthusiasm. Rev Fr Johnson gave greetings to everyone on the eve of Independence Day and he encouraged the students to love our Country. On this occasion, Prof Ajay Prashar, Principal, Sr Rita, Sr Prima, Prof Pooja, Prof Baljit, Prof Nidhi, Prof Jessy, Prof Samriti, Prof Malkiat and all the staff members and Students were present. At the end, Amneet, a student from B.com II year gave a formal vote of thanks to all the dignitaries. Bhangra was performed by the students to mark this beautiful day.
