Jalandhar 11 August (Jaswinder Azad)- A Talent Hunt Jashan-E-Hunar was organized at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. Youth Welfare Department of the college took the initiative and arranged competition in various categories. Chief Guest of the occasion was Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. Mrs. Navroop Kaur, Dean Youth Welfare, Miss Shama Sharma, Coordinator, Mrs. Meenu Kundra, Co-Dean welcomed the chief guest with planter. The function started with the lightening of lamp and DAV Gaan.
Students showcased their talent in various categories such as Poetical Recitation, Debate, Declamation, Dance, Theatre, Singing etc. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated the winners of the competitions and motivated others also for taking part in such activities. She encouraged the students for excelling in academics and co-curricular activities along with their academic growth.
Mrs. Navroop Kaur, Dean Youth Welfare, Miss Shama Sharma, Coordinator, Mrs. Meenu Kundra, Co-Dean, Heads of the various departments, Deans and other faculty members were present on the occasion. Dr. Nidhi Bal conducted the stage successfully.
