Jalandhar 27 August (Jaswinder Azad)- Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar’s students of BBA and B.Com. paid a visit to Fine Switch Gear Company which is one of the leading manufacturers of switches. Students learnt a great deal about manufacturing of over 200 types of switches, regulators, LED, Wires etc. Filled with enthusiasm, students visited the laboratory unit where testing of MCB is done and they learnt the assembling of MCB and regulators in porcelain store. Finally, they were enlightened about the dispatching and warehousing unit. Principal, Dr. Sucharita highly appreciated the efforts of Department of Commerce for taking students in such educational visits where they practically get to know the professional procedure involved in running a manufacturing unit.
