Jalandhar 5 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Private Colleges Non Teaching Employees Union, Punjab (Aided & Unaided) has been agitating against the Akali BJP Government to fulfil their genuine demands for the last 9 years. But the government has not bothered about the said demands. This information has been given by Mr. Madan Lal Khullar, State President Private Colleges Non-Teaching Employees Union Pb. & Chd. Under the protest, all non teaching employees of private aided colleges of the state will hold Dharna in their respective colleges to fulfil their genuine demands i.e. notification of revised grade w.e.f. 1st December 2011, enhanced medical allowance and house rent w.e.f. 1st Aug. 2009, lifting the ban from recruitment of Non teaching employees, implementation of 4:9:14 step up increment, CCA, Rural Allowance to the aided colleges of the state. On this occasion, Mr. Kulwant Singh, Chief Advisor, Mr. Bhupinder Singh, Vice President and Mr. Lakhwinder Singh Joint Secretary of the union were present.
