Jalandhar 4 October (Jaswinder Azad)- I.K. Gujral Inter-College Kabaddi tournament was held at IET, Bhaddal. Various teams of affiliated colleges of Punjab Technical University participated in which the team of Ramgarhia Institute of Engineering & Tech., Phagwara showed extra-ordinary skills to reach the finals. In the final, they dominated and outplayed the Doaba College, kharar’s team and won by 33-27 points and bring winner trophy. Dr. Vyoma Bhogal Dhatt, Director, Ramgarhia Educational Institutions, Phagwara, Dr. Naveen Dhillon, Principal, RIET and Baljinder Bhinder ( DPE) and staff of RIET congratulated the winning team for bringing glory to RIET. Gems of RIET Kabaddi team namely: sukhraj Pal and Parminder Singh were selected for All India Inter-Varsity tournament to be held in New Delhi.
