Jalandhar 7 November (Jaswinder Azad)- Vigilance Awareness Week was observed in the premises of Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town Jalandhar with the mission to fight against corruption. Classes VI to VIII were engaged to write slogans and make posters with the theme, “Public Participation in eradicating Corruption.” Students took part enthusiastically and portrayed meaningful messages through their creations. To promote integrity in Public Life, students of class IX and X presented a Street Play titled “Jago Grahak Jago.” The acting, costumes and thematic presentation won over the spectators. “E- Governance as an effective tool to curb Corruption” was the topic allotted to the students of XI and XII for composing essays comprising 350 to 400 words. The young minds astounded all with their innovative and deviceful ideas and concepts. The endeavours by the new generation for the prosperity of the nation and to dream of corrupted nation were a great success. The school looks forward to organize more such activities to inculcate greater awareness on vigilance in public life. The Director Principal of the school- Mr. Dheeraj Banati appreciated the efforts of the students and mentioned that school will take part in such activities which would help in the Nation’s growth.
