Jalandhar 21 September (Jaswinder Azad)- The Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Management organized an industrial visit to Sonalika International Tractors Ltd. 45 students of B.Com. participated in the visit. The senior marketing Manager of the Sonalika, Mr. Ashok Sachdeva, gave the students a presentation about the company and its marketing strategy. The students were taken to the plant and a demonstration of the actual production process and laboratories was given. Also the students were introduced to the new Robot controlled plant which is going to start in October 2016. Principal, Dr. Sucharita opined that such industrial visits expose the students to new and exciting working environments which prove to be a fruitful learning experience for them.
