Jalandhar 10 January (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- The Heritage Institution, Jalandhar organized an awareness drive on ethical voting. In continuation with the ongoing events Department of Political Science in collaboration with NSS & Department of Students welfare organized Chart Making, Slogan Writing and Rangoli making competitions which was followed an interactive session. Madam Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi addressed the students on ethical voting and encouraged them to use their right to vote. She told them to vote continuously by thoroughly studying the candidates agenda, the party’s manifesto and rise above biases while casting their valuable vote. Head Political Science Mrs. Aashima also motivated the student volunteers to educate their parents as well, about ethical voting. Students whole heartedly participated in the event. Dr. Madhumeet, Ms. Anupam & Mr. Sonik Bhatia were among the present.
