‘Maestro de Arte’ concludes at Apeejay College

Jalandhar 11 February (Jaswinder Azad)- The three day long workshop – ‘Mastro de Arte’ organized by Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar finally concluded today. During this workshop the students of B.M.M. , B.F.A. B.D. and painting exhibited  lots of enthusiasm. During this three day long creative sessions, eminent artist Prof. Nagdas and renowned painter and Professor Pranam Singh taught students various intricacies involved in Wood Cut Prints & Painting and broadened their horizon. Seeing the enthusiasm of the students, the artists said that Apeejay has really been a hub of creative talent and this workshop is an apt platform to nurture this talent. They explained the importance of Sketching in art and highlighted that colors have their significance only when Sketching is perfect. They also guided the students to use Tube colors. Both the artists shared their experiences with students and faculty members and expressed their gratitude for visiting the college.
Principal, Dr. Sucharita Sharma praised the efforts of the artists and expressed her gratitude for mentoring the students. She said that this workshop will surely prove to be a great learning experience for the students. She applauded the efforts of B.M.M. , B.F.A. B.D. departments for  successfully organizing the event. During this workshop, Shri Anil Gupta, Shri Basudeb Biswas, Madam Rimpy, Madam Aman & Mr. Ankit were also present.
Madam Principal applauded the efforts of Mr. Rajesh Kalsi, the coordinator for this workshop for successfully organizing it.
